Returned goods, defective goods, and cancellation
 In the case that the product is incorrect, defective, or damaged during shipping, we will exchange or accept a return. If you wish to exchange or return due to the reasons listed in 1 or 3 above, please note that the following conditions will apply. 
(1) Contact us at within 7 days of receiving the product.
(2) Send the product to the location designated by our customer service representative, where we will confirm the condition of the product. 
(3) Please note that we will not accept returns or exchanges in the following circumstances.
a. If the product has been damaged by the customer
b. If the product’s tag, box, replacement buttons, or other accessories are lost or damaged by the customer
c. If the product shows signs of use
d. If the product is a sale item, outlet item, or grab bag item
e. If the product is a made-to-order or custom-made product
f. If the product is a sanitary product, such as underwear or swimwear (except if the product is defective)
g. If the product was not purchased from the website
● Size exchange will be limited to one time. Customer will be required to cover shipping costs. If we do not have the desired size in stock, we will return the original item. 
If we do not have the desired size in stock, we will return the item.
●In the case the customer receives an incorrect or defective product:
(1)Once inspected and deem the product to be incorrect or defective, shipping costs will be covered by seller. 
(2)If the customer wishes to exchange the product, but we do not have the item in stock, we will cover repair costs. If it is unable to be repaired, we will refund the product.
